These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WealthClock mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using WealthClock, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License Grant

WealthClock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to create competing products or services
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App

2. User Accounts

Account Creation

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information during account creation
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Breach of our community guidelines
• Inactivity or other valid reasons at our discretion

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

• Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or organization
• Post sexually explicit, obscene, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam or send unwanted communications
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Manipulate rankings, scores, or leaderboard data
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the WealthClock App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WealthClock or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The WealthClock name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of WealthClock. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

5. User Content

Any content you submit to WealthClock (username, goals, activity entries, leaderboard data) remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content for operating and improving the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to all content you submit
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

6. Premium Features & In-App Purchases

Subscription Model

WealthClock offers premium subscription options with the following terms:

• Premium features provide ad-free experience and advanced analytics
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through app settings or your device's app store
• Refunds are subject to the policies of your device's app store

Pricing & Billing

• Pricing is displayed before purchase and in app settings
• All prices are in your selected currency
• Billing is handled by Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• We are not responsible for app store billing errors

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• Warranties of TITLE or NON-INFRINGEMENT
• Warranties that the App will be ERROR-FREE or UNINTERRUPTED
• Warranties regarding the ACCURACY of financial calculations

Financial Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHCLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
• LOSS OF GOODWILL OR REPUTATION
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ERRORS, BUGS, OR INACCURATE CALCULATIONS

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand our practices regarding data collection and usage.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Authentication, Cloud Firestore)
• Google AdMob (Advertisements)
• Google Play Billing (In-app purchases)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push notifications)

These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services or practices.

10. Modifications to Terms & App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify these Terms at any time with or without notice
• Update, modify, or discontinue the App or features
• Change pricing and subscription terms
• Remove or change content or features

Your continued use of the App following changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App is immediately revoked
• You must uninstall the App from your device
• Your account data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:

1. Informal negotiation in good faith
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration as a final resort

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WealthClock regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
